'Wine & Charcoal Shokudo MASUDA' by a chef with experience at three Michelin one-star restaurants, 'Oryouri MASUDA' featuring primitive-style grilling over binchotan charcoal, and 'Sumibiyakiniku MASUDA' offering whole-purchased female Omi beef.
