Dining Experience is a restaurant group operating three establishments in Kusatsu, Shiga Prefecture.

What we value most is the primitive cooking method of 'charcoal grilling'. We pursue the unique aroma and flavor that only charcoal can provide, which cannot be achieved with gas or electricity.

A chef with experience at three Michelin one-star restaurants serves charcoal cuisine at 'Wine & Charcoal Shokudo MASUDA', primitive-style grilling at 'Oryouri MASUDA', and charcoal-grilled Omi beef at 'Sumibiyakiniku MASUDA'.
